Reconnect Center Wasserfallen
Wasserfallen is a special place for mental health, mindfulness, and inner balance.

re-think · re-start · re-build · re-connect
Breathe in. Settle in. Recharge.
In collaboration with Corinne Besançon, the Reconnect Center in Wasserfallen is creating spaces where visitors can let go of stress, recharge their energy, and discover new perspectives.
Together, at Wasserfallen, we create inspiring programs for individuals, teams, and companies that want to break new ground—toward greater clarity, resilience, joy in life, and a healthy culture of performance in both their professional and personal lives. The goal is to create spaces where people can step back from their daily routines, let go of stress, and reconnect with themselves.
The Reconnect Center is a collaboration between the Wasserfallen region and Corinne Besançon.

Together with Corinne Besançon, we offer the following activities at Wasserfallen:
Nature Coaching on Jägerweg
Mindful and holistic nature coaching during a group hike on the Jägerweg, led by Corinne Besançon.
Combining movement with breathing and energy work in the wonderful setting of the forest along Jägerweg helps you find greater clarity, calm, and strength.
The group hike begins at the valley station of the cable car and follows the Jägerweg trail up to Wasserfallen. Along the way, there’s plenty of time for regular breaks with breathing and energy exercises. Once at the top, the morning wraps up with a group lunch at the mountain inn. For the return trip to the valley station, you can choose between a leisurely ride on the cable car or a thrilling descent on a scooter.
A Playground for Adults
The "Playground for Adults" is led and facilitated by Corinne Besançon along with other guides. It is an open and vibrant space for experiences in nature that combines lightheartedness with depth.
Through movement, playful elements, interaction, and reflection, creativity, team spirit, and leadership qualities can be fostered and strengthened. In a safe and supportive environment, participants can experiment, laugh, and think outside the box. This one-day seminar is ideal for teams and organizations that want to deepen collaboration, unlock potential, and develop fresh perspectives on working together in their day-to-day work.
The program is customized in consultation with the participants based on the objectives and focus areas related to leadership, team dynamics, and communication. The proposed schedule begins in the morning with theory and input as mutually agreed upon. After a group lunch at the mountain inn, afternoon activities take place on the playground surrounding the inn under the guidance of instructors. The games are selected to align with the program’s objectives. The day concludes with a group snack before the group begins the return journey—by cable car, scooter, or on foot, as desired.
