Forest Rope Course

The forest rope course is located right next to the mountain station and is spread out across the surrounding beech and spruce forest. Participants are secured by a continuous safety system that prevents accidental disengagement.

The Course
More than ten courses with over seventy climbing elements are divided into four difficulty levels. The lower levels run just a few meters above the ground and are designed for beginners. With each level, the height, the length of the transitions, and the demands on strength and coordination increase.
The elements include rope bridges, nets, suspended beams, and zip lines. Participants move from one platform to the next on their own, secured at all times.

The Challenge
Even the simplest courses are more challenging than they appear from the ground. What matters most is not so much strength as the willingness to take that first step onto a wobbly element. Those who aren’t used to heights start at the lowest level and work their way up.

For families
The park is divided into four difficulty levels, making it suitable for mixed-age groups. Children ages four and up can climb at a lower height in the separate children’s park, where accompanying adults can stand nearby and assist them from below. Older children and adults can choose their own difficulty level independently and meet up again between the courses.

For teams and companies:
The park can be included as part of a company outing. No prior experience is necessary, and because each person chooses their own difficulty level, participants with different fitness levels can climb at the same time. Those who don’t want to climb can wait at the mountain restaurant or go for a walk.

For groups and school classes:
Clubs, youth groups, and school classes are spread out evenly across the various levels so that everyone is on the trail at the same time. For groups, we recommend registering in advance with the operator to ensure that sufficient equipment and instruction capacity are available.
